Fast On-site Service

We bring our shop to you.

Our fully certified computer repair technicians are located throughout Canada - USA and travel directly to your location with all tools, equipment, and commonly required parts needed to diagnose and repair your computer immediately. We aim to resolve all issue during the first visit, so you can continue using your machine right away and avoid unnecessary follow-up appointments. A $10 travel fee applies to all on-site service calls.

Our Process

Preparation: We sanitize our hands and work area, as well as the computer and relevant equipment, before and after the repair.

Diagnostics & Repair: We inspect your computer and identify the exact problem, explain the work required in straightforward english, and begin troubleshooting and repairs immediately on your approval.

Completion & Testing: After we have completed the work, we test the repaired device and relevant functionality to confirm a successful job.

Customer Inspection & Approval: In line with our Fixed-or-Free policy, you can personally inspect and approve the completed work before making payment.

Payment Options: Pay onsite through our technician’s POS terminal once you’re satisfied with the results. We accept cash, debit, credit, and e-Transfer for your convenience.
