Scope and Acceptance:
These Terms apply to all diagnostics, repairs, installations, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, remote support, on-site services, and hardware or software sales provided by Tech!Espresso®. By requesting, authorizing, or accepting service, and again by inspecting completed work and making payment, the customer agrees to these Terms.

Service Standard:
Tech!Espresso® performs services with commercially reasonable care, skill, and diligence consistent with the nature of mobile and computer-support work. Technical issues may result from pre-existing hardware failure, software corruption, manufacturer defects, malware, network conditions, unsupported configurations, or other conditions outside our control. Not every issue can be diagnosed, corrected, or prevented from recurring.

Customer Responsibilities:
The customer is responsible for maintaining current backups, confirming lawful ownership or authority to request service, providing accurate information, disclosing known defects or prior repairs, and ensuring safe access to the service location and equipment. If passwords, PINs, recovery codes, or account credentials are provided to facilitate service, they should be changed promptly after service is completed.

Inspection, Acceptance, and Final Payment:
When work is complete, the customer is given an opportunity to inspect the device, test the relevant functions, and confirm whether the requested work has been completed to the customer's satisfaction. Payment is taken after that inspection and acceptance. Subject only to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, payment confirms that the delivered service or hardware was inspected, tested, accepted, and completed, and that Tech!Espresso®'s obligations for that work order have been fulfilled.

Fixed-or-Free and Refund Policy:
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, labour charges, service-call charges, diagnostic charges, and completed hardware sales are final once the customer has inspected the result and payment has been processed. Tech!Espresso®'s fixed-or-free policy is satisfied at that point. Refund or adjustment requests will not be resolved on the basis of threats, abusive conduct, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain concessions through negative-review pressure... (more).

We use personal information to schedule and confirm appointments, dispatch technicians, communicate about requested services, provide diagnostics and repairs, process payment, issue invoices, maintain service records, respond to follow-up questions, prevent fraud, manage chargebacks or legal claims, and comply with legal obligations. If a customer separately consents, we may also send technology-related updates or offers. Service reminders, confirmations, invoices, and messages directly related to an active customer request are treated as service communications.

By requesting service or voluntarily providing personal information, the customer consents to Tech!Espresso® collecting, using, and disclosing that information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. We may disclose information to payment processors, booking and calendar providers, email or messaging vendors, IT or hosting providers, insurers, professional advisers, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, or other parties where disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide service, collect payment, investigate fraud, protect rights or safety, or comply with law...
